Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On December 9, 2010, Borders Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2010 ended October 30, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
