Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On December 8, 2010, Diamond Foods, Inc. announced its financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2010. Diamond Foods also provided forward-looking guidance for the second fiscal quarter ending January 31, 2011 and the full fiscal year ending July 31, 2011. A copy of the press release announcing those results and guidance is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01.
