On December 7, 2010, Orthovita, Inc. announced that it received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to market VITOSS™ Bioactive Foam-2X Bone Graft Substitute as a non-structural bone void filler for use in the spine, pelvis and extremities. A copy of the press release announcing this clearance is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
