On December 2, 2010, Judy Verses, chief client officer and president of sales & marketing of Blackboard Inc. (the "Company") submitted her resignation from the Company effective as of February 28, 2011. Ms. Verses will remain in her current position through December 31, 2010, and will continue to serve the Company during a transition period until February 28, 2011.
