Section 8 – Other Events
Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Registrant issued a press release on November 30, 2010, announcing that it had received all necessary regulatory approvals to consummate the previously announced acquisition of Christiana Bank & Trust Company, a Delaware banking corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of National Penn Bancshares, Inc. The acquisition is expected to be completed on December 3, 2010. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
