Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 29, 2010, Cardinal Health, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing the acquisition of a leading pharmaceutical distributor in China. A copy of the news release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
