Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 8, 2010, Oasis Petroleum Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release
announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010.
On
November 9, 2010,
the Company hosted a conference call at 9:30 a.m. Central Time in which members of management made a presentation
regarding the Company’s financial and operating results for the quarter
ended September 30, 2010. Copies of the transcript of
the conference call and the Oasis Petroleum Investor Presentation
are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2,
respectively, to this
Current Report on Form 8-K. A copy of the press release was previously furnished
