Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 8, 2010, Salix Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. hosted a conference call to discuss the Company’s results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2010. A transcript of the conference call is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
