RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION. |
On October 27, 2010, Owens-Illinois, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. On October 26, 2010, the Venezuelan government decreed the expropriation of the operations of Owens-Illinois, Inc. in that country.
