October 25, 2010,
MGM Resorts International (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation,
issued a press release announcing that it has priced its private
offering of $500 million in
aggregate principal amount of 10% senior notes due 2016. A copy of the press release is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
