3Q2010 FINANCIAL RESULTS

RALEIGH, NC, October 25, 2010 - Salix Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. (NASDAQ:SLXP) today announced that the Company will report third quarter 2010 financial results following the close of the U.S. financial markets on Monday, November 8, 2010.
