On October 13, 2010 American Electric Technologies, Inc. and Wiscom Systems Company, Ltd announced at the Solar Power International Conference in Los Angeles, CA the signing of a memorandum of understanding to form a joint venture in China to develop and market power converters and inverters for the Chinese wind and solar markets.
A copy of the news release announcing these matters is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference.
