Item 8.01 — Other Events.
On October 13, 2010, LIN TV Corp. issued a press release announcing the expiration of the exchange offer its wholly owned subsidiary, LIN Television Corporation, had commenced on September 13, 2010. The exchange offer related to all of LIN Television Corporation’s outstanding 8⅜% Senior Notes due 2018 issued April 12, 2010, which could be exchanged for 8⅜% Senior Notes due 2018 registered under the Securities Act of 1933. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
