On October 6, 2010, Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. (the “Company”) amended the employment agreement with Kenneth W. Lowe, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. The amendment modified the language in paragraph 11 of Mr. Lowe’s employment agreement.
The foregoing summary is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the employment agreement amendment, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 10.2 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
