Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
CHS announced today that three of its senior executives will be retiring by the end of calendar year 2010. Leon Westbrock, executive vice president and chief operating officer-Energy, and Tom Larson, executive vice president-Business Solutions, will retire on October 29. John Schmitz, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will retire on December 31. A press release with additional details is attached as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
