On October 4, 2010, Northwest Natural Gas Company (NW Natural) issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, Gill Ranch Storage, LLC, has commenced its service as a natural gas storage facility in California. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
