Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 4, 2010, Huron Consulting Group Inc. issued a press release announcing the divestiture of its Disputes and Investigations practice, a part of its Financial Consulting segment, effective September 30, 2010, as well as provided revised 2010 annual revenue guidance. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
