On September 29, 2010, the Company issued a press release regarding the receipt of a notice of intended exercise of 41,000 Call Options representing the right to call $41,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the 7.45% Debentures of Ford Motor Company held by the Trust on October 14, 2010, a copy of which press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
