On September 10, 2010, Lam Research Corporation (the Company) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $250 million of the Company’s common stock from the public market or in private purchases. A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
