ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On August 19, 2010, American TonerServ Corp. issued a press release reporting its financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
