On August 18, 2010, members of Southern Union Company (the “Company”) management will participate in investor meetings at the Tuohy Brothers Natural Gas Infrastructure and Production Conference in New York. The presentation materials, which are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, have been made available on the Company’s website at www.sug.com. The presentation materials will focus on an overview of the Company and its organic growth projects and growth opportunities.
