On August 6, 2010, Unica Corporation ("the Company") awarded cash bonuses under its Fiscal Year 2010 Corporate Bonus Plan to the Company's named executive officers as follows:

Kevin Shone,
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer - $20,000*
David Sweet,
Senior Vice President of Corporate Development - $18,720*
Jason Joseph,
Vice President, General Counsel - $16,000*
Peter Cousins,
Chief Technology Officer - $15,000*
* This represents the bonus earned by the named executive officer for the third quarter of fiscal 2010
