On July 29, 2010, AB&T Financial Corporation (the “Registrant”) announced financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2010. For the second quarter of 2010, the Registrant reported net income of $50 thousand. For the six months ended June 30, 2010, the Registrant reported net income of $132 thousand. A copy of the press release announcing the Registrant’s results for the second quarter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
