8.01 Other Events.
On July
21, 2010, China XD Plastics Company Limited issued a press release announcing
that as part of an exclusive product development agreement, it has delivered to
Hafei Dongyang, one of the leading automotive parts suppliers in Northeast
China, three tons of specialized plastic compounds to be used in battery casings
during a pilot production for electric vehicles. The full text of the
press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto.
