On July 19, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing the hiring of Joseph J. Troy as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and the promotion of Stephen R. Attwood to the position of Chief Operating Officer. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
