Effective
July 1, 2010, Pharma-Bio Serv, Inc. (the “Company”) amended the Employment
Agreement of Elizabeth Plaza, President and Chief Executive Officer of the
Company, dated January 2, 2008, as amended. The amendment extends
Elizabeth Plaza's term of employment for an additional six months starting on
July 1, 2010. All other terms and conditions of Ms. Plaza's
employment agreement, as amended, remain the same.
A copy of
the amendment is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this report and is incorporated
herein by this reference.
