On June 25, 2010, Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, Jacobs France SAS, received an unfavorable judgment from an Administrative Tribunal in Strasbourg, France relating to a waste incineration plant project in France. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
