In connection with the Annual Report of Stanadyne Corporation (“Stanadyne”) on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2009 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or about the date hereof (the “Report”), we, M. David Jones, Chief Executive Officer of Stanadyne, and Stephen S. Langin, Chief Financial Officer of Stanadyne, certify, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1350, as adopted pursuant to § 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, that to the best of our knowledge:
