2.02 Results
of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 15, 2010, Yanglin Soybean, Inc.
(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter
ended March 31, 2010. The Company will hold a conference call at 8:30 a.m. EDT
on Monday, May 17, 2010 to discuss this information further. A copy of the press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
As
