Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 11, 2010, American Oil & Gas Inc. issued a press release entitled “American’s Ron Viall 1-25H Well At Goliath Produces 2,844 BOE During an Early 24 Hour Flow Back Period”. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
