On April 30, 2010, Avon Products, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the first quarter of 2010. The press release included Avon’s consolidated statements of income, consolidated balance sheets and consolidated statements of cash flows, and supplemental schedules, for the three-month period ended March 31, 2010. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
