Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 29, 2010, at approximately 9:30 a.m. CDT, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka ("FHLBank Topeka") will hold its annual management conference in Overland Park, Kansas. Andrew J. Jetter, president and chief executive officer, will speak at the annual management conference and will discuss (1) FHLBank Topeka’s 2009 and first quarter 2010 performance, (2) potential legislation affecting the FHLBanks, and (3) FHLBank Topeka’s Affordable Housing Program. A copy of Mr. Jetter's remarks is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
