Entry into a Material Definitive
Agreement

Nevada
Gold & Casinos, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that it has entered
into an agreement to purchase assets of seven mini-casinos in the State of
Washington. The acquisition is subject to court approval and the
Company will disclose details of the transaction upon necessary court filings,
which are expected to be made within the following 7-10 days.
