Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 12, 2010, Panera Bread Company (the “Company”) began mailing to its stockholders the Company’s 2009 Annual Report to Stockholders, which contains a letter to stockholders, dated the date thereof, from the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
