On March 25, 2010, Ahern Rentals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will hold a conference call for press and analysts at 12 p.m. PDT on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 to discuss matters covered in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009.
The press release announcing the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
