As initially described in our Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 18, 2009, Dr. Daniel Bellus retired as a director of Millipore Corporation effective March 8, 2010, on which date Dr. Bellus reached the mandatory retirement age, in accordance with the Governance Guidelines of the Company.
