Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
Explanatory Note: This Form 8-K/A is being filed to amend the Form 8-K filed by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh on February 25, 2010. The exhibit to such Form 8-K as filed by the Bank’s filing agent contained a typographical error. Specifically, the exhibit did not show a deletion of the word "two" in Article VII Section 7 of the Bylaws. Such section as amended should read as follows:
Section 7 — Checks, Drafts, Etc.: All checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of money, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness issued in the name of the Bank shall be signed by any such officers or agents and in such manner as shall, from time to time, be determined by resolution of the Board of Directors.
This amendment is being filed solely to correct the typographical error. Except as otherwise noted, the original Form 8-K filed on February 25, 2010 is unaltered hereby.
