On February 24, 2010, Cracker Barrel
Old Country Store, Inc. (the “Company”) issued the press release, which is
furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and that is
incorporated by reference into this Item, announcing that the Company will
present at four conferences in March 2010: the KeyBanc Capital Markets Consumer
Conference to be held on March 3 and 4, 2010, the Raymond James Institutional
Investors Conference to be held on March 8, 2010, the Bank of America Merrill
Lynch Consumer Conference to be held on March 9, 2010, and the J.P. Morgan
Gaming, Lodging, Restaurant & Leisure Management Access Forum to be held on
March 17, 2010.
On February 25, 2010, the Company
issued the press release that is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current
Report on Form 8-K and that is incorporated by reference into this Item
announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors had declared a quarterly
dividend of $0.20 per share payable on May 5, 2010 to shareholders of record on
April 16, 2010.
