Mr. Hisao Sal Miwa voluntarily resigned today from the AERT board of directors. The AERT board will begin the process of evaluating potential independent, outside director candidates to stand for election at the Company’s next annual meeting of stockholders in May 2010. Mr. Miwa’s resignation was effective Thursday, February
25th.
