On
January 26, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing it received
notice from the National Telecommunications and Information Administration that
its grant proposal under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act was no
longer being evaluated for the first round of funding under the Broadband
Technology Opportunities Program. A copy of the press release is included as
Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated
herein by reference.
