December 23, 2009, TIB Financial Corp. issued a letter to its
shareholders. A copy of the letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to
this Form 8-K. Also on December 23, 2009, TIB Financial Corp. filed a
request for a withdrawl of its registration statement previously filed with the
Commission on August 14, 2009.
