CLEARWATER FL, November 23, 2009 - BlastGard International (OTCBB; BLGA) reported financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. Revenues for the third quarter were $28,423 compared to $468,080 reported in the third quarter of 2008. For the third quarter of 2009, BlastGard International reported a net loss of $114,553 or $(0.00) per share based on the weighted average of 50,135,848 shares outstanding compared to a net loss of $184,282 or $(0.00) per share reported in the third quarter of 2008 based on the weighted average shares outstanding of 40,771,101.
