Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 16, 2009, we released an Investor Highlight which provides an update regarding Healthcare Trust of America, Inc., or the Investor Highlight. The Investor Highlight will be included with our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q when it is mailed to stockholders later this month. The full text of the Investor Highlight is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
