Item 6.02 Change of Servicer or Trustee.
     As of 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on November 6, 2009, National City Bank (“NCB”), the Sponsor, Loan Seller and Subservicer with respect to the National City Mortgage Capital Trust 2008-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2008-1, was merged into PNC Bank, National Association (“PNC”), pursuant to federal banking law. Prior to the merger, both PNC and NCB were wholly owned subsidiaries of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. Additional information about the merged PNC and its parent is available at www.pnc.com, or upon request to Investor Relations, The PNC Financial Services Group, One PNC Plaza, 249 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-2707. Servicing of the mortgage loans will continue to be done out of the existing locations and facilities maintained by NCB prior to its merger into PNC.
