On November 10, 2009, A. O. Smith Corporation (the “Company”) will be making a presentation to investors at the Robert W. Baird & Co. 2009 Industrial Conference. Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the slides that will be presented as part of, and posted on the Company’s website in connection with, the presentation.
