November 4, 2009, j2 Global Communications, Inc. issued a press release
announcing its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2009. A copy of
the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form
8-K.
Also on
November 4, 2009, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, j2 Global hosted its third quarter
2009 earnings conference call and Webcast. Via the Webcast, j2
Global presented portions of its November 4, 2009 Investor Presentation,
which contains a summary of j2 Global's financial results for the fiscal quarter
ended September 30, 2009; a reaffirmation of the company’s expected financial
performance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009; and certain other
financial and operating information regarding j2 Global. A copy of this
presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K.
