November 2 and 3, 2009, senior management of PG&E Corporation and its
subsidiary, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“Utility”) will attend the Edison
Electric Institute Financial Conference to be held in Hollywood,
Florida. During the conference senior management will meet with
investors using the materials attached as Exhibit 99. These materials
will be posted on the “Investors” section of PG&E Corporation’s website at
