Tony
Shen, Chief Financial Officer of China BAK Battery, Inc. (the “Company”), plans
to present the materials attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K on October
13, 2009 at the 2009 Roth China Conference in Miami Beach, Florida, organized by
Roth Capital Partners, LLC.
